I am coming to the end of my Benefit 'Dallas' blush which I absolutely love, but before rushing out to replace it I would said I would try something a little different. Whilst in McCabes Pharmacy in Ballymun on my way home from work during the week I came across this new Multi Colour Blush from Catrice.
As per usual with Catrice products, I can report that I am pleasantly surprised with this blush. The colour columns are separate and gradually build from a pale colour up to a deeper rouge. This means that I can angle my brush to pick up the lighter tones or darker ones depending on the look I am going for. I think these pink and beige tones are really warm and look particularly great on pale skin where bronzer often looks out of place. The blush itself applies really well when used with a good blusher brush. As discussed in my previous post on MAC Must Haves, I use a MAC 129SE blush brush. This product lasts really well throughout the day and can be built up or toned done depending on your skin type. As with the Catrice eye shadows the pigmentation in this blush is excellent and a little certainly goes a long way.The packaging is really simple and displays the contents of the compact well, similar to that of the Catrice Mono Eyeshadows. All in all I would definitely recommend this Multi Colour Blush, a great product and great value for €4.49. The Multi Colour compact pictured is colour 07 Iced Caramel Machiato.
- I picked this compact up from McCabes Pharmacy in Ballymun, however Catrice is also
available in some Penney's/Primark stores and other Pharmacies across the country.
- Have a look at Catrice's website for other colours available in the Multicolour Blush range.
